"Great Experience!"
Since their prices were way more competitive than other websites, I chose to go with them. I've used their service a few times and haven't run into any problems.

"Steer Clear of This Service"
Steer clear of this service. I reserved a room in NYC for New Year's Eve 2018. Used my credit card to pay for it. Roomhopper didn’t forward the payment, and the hotel came after us for the cash, since the guests are ultimately on the hook for it. Thankfully, the credit card company refunded us, and we used that to settle up with the hotel, but it took a whopping four months to sort everything out.

"Steer Clear"
Steer clear. Things were alright when they were in Scotland, but now that they're in the UAE, it's just terrible. I booked a suite with breakfast at Hilton New York for December this year (2018). After seeing some not-so-great reviews, I reached out to Hilton to double-check my reservation. They told me I only had a standard room without breakfast, not the suite with breakfast that I had paid for. I've tried emailing them several times, but they just ignore me. All the email addresses I found are .com, while bengharbia is .co.uk and ahmed is .ae. "Hotel Nightmare"
Stay away from this company! I booked and paid for a hotel in New York, and after a long trip, I found out that Room Hopper hadn’t settled the bill with the hotel, even though they took my money. I tried calling and emailing, but no one got back to me. I ended up having to pay for the room again, with an extra 30% charge. Now, two weeks later, still no response on the phone or via email! Thanks for messing up my birthday!
